However, we cannot control what a patient may share via text. If HIPAA compliance is a requirement for your practice's communication tools, we recommend consulting with your compliance officer before signing up.
AI Sidekick doesn't directly integrate with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental. It handles the initial patient communication — two-way SMS, appointment booking, and follow-up.
